Bangladesh Parliamentarians’ Caucus on Migration and Development (BDPCMD) has organized a Virtual Consultation on 5 July 2021 on the Pre-High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) 2021 with Parliamentarians, Government Officials, CSOs and other multi-stakeholders.

This year, the HLPF will review the following Sustainable Development Goals:
SDG 1: No Poverty
SDG 2: Zero Hunger
SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being
SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities
SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production
SDG 13: Climate Action
SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions.

The consultation has been co-organized by WARBE Development Foundation, Secretariat of the Caucus and Center for Development Communications (DEVCOM), supported by PROKAS, British Council and Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). DEVCOM’s Managing Director, Hassan Imam has delivered a presentation on “Understanding High Level Political Forum (HLPF) on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)” 2021 on the HLPF.
