DEVCOM conducted a six-day training titled “Project Proposal Writing and Fund Raising” for the development workers/staff members of NGOs and young professionals who wish to build their careers in the development sector, intending to improve their knowledge and skills on project proposal writing, along with their understanding on community needs, the process of writing a good proposal, donor priority, and fundraising. The training was held online from 26th February to 16th March 2022. A total of 40 participants working in different development organizations and recent graduates participated in this training. DEVCOM developed the training materials and required handouts for the participants, and facilitated the training in a participatory approach. Renowned development professionals/consultants from DEVCOM, as well as international agencies, conducted the training.
