DEVCOM conducted a four-day training titled “Logical Framework Development” for the development workers/staff of NGOs and young professionals, who wish to build their career in resource mobilization, intending to enhance the project designing and management capacity of the participants, along with extending their capability to develop organizational plans for project design, identify strategies to reach the project goal and monitor a project’s success while keeping external factors into account. The training was held online from 19th to 30th March 2022. A total of 34 participants working in different development organizations and recent graduates participated in this training. DEVCOM developed the training materials and required handouts for the participants, and facilitated the training in a participatory approach. Renowned development professionals/consultants from DEVCOM and international agencies provided the training.
