DEVCOM conducted the final evaluation of the project “Prohori” which was implemented by CARE Bangladesh with the support of a local organization Gram Bikash Kendra (GBK). The project was funded by Vital Voice, a development partner. DEVCOM evaluated the project implementation areas of Gazipur and Rangpur. Qualitative data were collected for the evaluation to capture and document the implementation learnings through creative robust evidence from the community perspective. Moreover, DEVCOM assessed the objective-wise quantitative achievements and results of the project based on output and outcome indicators and documented project outputs, outcomes, lessons learned, best practices, gaps, challenges, and recommendations for future programming.
