DEVCOM is supporting BOESL (Bangladesh Overseas Employment Services Limited) through IOM in developing a sector and country specific PDO (Pre-departure Orientation) programme targeting Jordan corridor which is the critical need to ensure positive outcome of migration. As part of it, DEVCOM is conducting Rapid Needs Assessment to develop Jordan specific PDO module. After the validation with the stakeholders, the PDO progamme will be finalized and a Master Training of Trainers (ToT) programme will be organized. DEVCOM will also develop digital training materials and resources and handouts to provide migrant workers during the training sessions at the pre-departure stage. A brief Gap Analysis report will be prepared by the end of the project period.
