World Child Cancer Bangladesh, with the support of DEVCOM, is carrying out a training titled “Leadership Management and Facilitation Skills” for the senior staff nurses of 7 public hospitals in Bangladesh. The objective of this training is to enhance understanding of the nurses about leadership, management, and improving facilitation skills in the workplace, which are vital skills for nurse, as they will become the future leaders and trainers in this developing field of nursing. As a part of this project, DEVCOM is reviewing the existing modules on relevant topics, assessing training needs of the participants, developing training materials, facilitating the training for nurses, and developing training reports.
