Since 2008 CARE Bangladesh has been implementing the harm reduction program “Comprehensive Prevention Program for People Who Inject Drugs (PWID) and their Partners” with the support of Save the Children Bangladesh. Continuation of this program aims to minimize the spread of HIV and the impact of AIDS on individuals, families, communities and societies. The project is implemented through Drop-in Centers (DIC) and needed to adapt the training packages for the DIC in-charge, Outreach Workers and Master Trainers to improve the service delivery system. As a part of it, DEVCOM reviewed three (3) training modules for capacity development.
