CARE Bangladesh implemented a Pro-poor intervention program under the NHSDP project over 4 years. The project provided technical support, built capacities of clinic level staff, produced guidelines on poor services and monitored and supported satellite and static clinic level staff as well. In the concluding year of the project, CARE Bangladesh engaged DEVCOM with carrying out a Process Documentation for the NHSDP project in its target regions Rangpur and Saidpur, as well as develop a toolkit for the service implementing staff. DEVCOM reviewed literature of the project, followed by a consultation process at community level, as well as with the partners and implementers of the project. DEVCOM developed a Process/Learning Document for the Pro Poor Intervention, a Policy Brief and a Toolkit as part of the assignment.
