The Catholic Agency for Overseas Development (CAFOD) is the official aid agency of the Catholic Church in England and Wales and part of Caritas International. CAFOD is part of one of the largest aid networks in the world. CAFOD, with the grant support from Global Fund to End Modern Slavery (GFEMS) through funding from the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD), has planned to implement a Reintegration Project in Bangladesh. As a part of it, CAFOD approached DEVCOM to conduct baseline survey which is implemented by Caritas Bangladesh and OKUP in 8 Districts and 25 Upazilas targeting both men and women migrants, with emphasis on returnee female migrants. The project is titled “Recovery and Reintegration Support for Bangladeshi Returnee Migrant Workers”. The project aims to provide reintegration support to returnee migrant workers who came back in vulnerable conditions or who are survivors of abuse and hardships in their destination countries. The research has brought together several distinctive key indicators related to the returnee migrants’ wellbeing, livelihood, psychosocial wellness, and legal aid services
