Winrock International has initiated a project named “Ashshash” (duration 2018-2022) for men and women who have escaped trafficking. They commissioned out DEVCOM to support their project team to develop and implement a baseline survey amongst the beneficiary men and women who have escaped trafficking. In particular, DEVCOM worked to ensure the key indicators of the project are reflected in the baseline survey probing tools, so that a comprehensive image of the current status of beneficiaries and their challenges are available to the program. DEVCOM carried out qualitative data collection via Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) to probe the quality of service and collect crucial qualitative information on the levels of awareness regarding trafficking prevention and the challenges faced by victims when it comes to social re-integration. DEVCOM, with their team of research experts, had maintained data quality, produced a quality report and presented findings in the end of the assignment period.
